If you already have experience in meditation you can go straight into level seven, if you wish. Each level comes with four different ”flavours”, one guided meditation, one with relaxation music, one with nature sounds, and one with white noise. It´s easy, you choose your level, click play, and enjoy the benefits.
The brainwaves in the meditation sessions really do their job, to help you get relaxed and in the right brain frequency for meditation. For each level, the brainwaves slow down more and more, and the later levels are slightly longer than the ones in the beginning. Although I´m already meditating since quite a few years, I decided to start from level 1, as I didn´t want to miss out! I´m currently on level 3 in this program, and will update this review when I´ve completed all the levels.
12 minutes for meditation is something most people can fit into their schedule. The brainwaves help you get much deeper than you could normally get in such a short time. It is working! Zen12 is a great program. If you´re new to meditation, it might be well enough to sit just 12 minutes. If you already have a meditation practice you can use a session to get faster into the meditation vibration, and then just continue with your normal practice. Personally, I feel so relaxed after a session that I don´t want to stop, so I either repeat the session, or go on to my other meditation routines. Zen12 is a great way to get started with meditation, or a great tool to begin your meditation if you already have a practice. Try it out for yourself!
