Subliminal messages

I discovered this webpage a few months ago, and I´m a huge fan of it. Subliminal Guru uses spoken affirmations to reprogram your subconscious mind. Each album contains subliminal audio with different music or sounds (acoustic, stream, rainfall, relaxation, brown noise, workout music) and a version where the affirmations are spoken out loud.

My favourite version is usually the spoken subliminal track, as the affirmations spoken are very empowering to listen to. I immediately felt a difference in my mindset after I listened for the first time…. and getting more sessions can be slightly addicting (just a little warning..! :))
